The Town of Havana is seeking proposals for the operation of our wastewater treatment system.
A recommended pre-submission meeting and facility tour will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 10:00 AM EST. Proposals must be submitted to the Town Clerk no later than Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST. No late submissions will be accepted.
