Building Permits & Inspections

All building permits are issued through Gadsden County Building Permits and Inspections. They are responsible for permitting all construction and conducting inspections of all construction-related permits as well as issuance of Certificates of Occupancy.   Please note that you may need to complete a zoning application through the Town of Havana before Gadsden County will issue a permit.
