Town of Havana Sealed-Bid Equipment Auction

The Town of Havana is holding a sealed-bid auction for surplus vehicles & equipment. All bids must be submitted to Town staff no later than 11/7/2024 at 11:45 AM. Bids will be opened same day in Council Chambers at 12:00 PM (noon). This auction is open to the public and all bids are welcome. Please note that some items do have a minimum bid. NOTICE TO RECEIVE SEALED BIDS
The Town of Havana will receive sealed bids from any qualified person, company or corporation interested
in providing construction services for the following project:
3rd Street SCOP
The project shall include the resurfacing of 3rd Street from Jefferson Avenue to 10th Avenue. Improvements to striping and signage will also be included as part of the project.
Plans and specifications can be obtained at Dewberry Engineers Inc., 20684 Central Avenue East,

The regular council meeting for Havana Town Council for the months of November and December 2024 has been changed to accomodate the holidays. The meetings will still be held at 6:00 PM in Town Council chambers in Town Hall Chambers, 711 N. Main Street Havana FL. All meetings are open to the public.
Town Hall - Closed for Lunch effective Nov. 1

Effective November 1, 2024, Town Hall will closed for lunch from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Check or money order payments may be deposited in the drop box at the rear of Town Hall and will be processed upon staff's return at 2:00 PM. Any utility emergencies that arise between 1pm - 2pm should be reported to Havana Police Department at 850-539-2800.
