Mayor

The responsibility of the Town of Havana Mayor is to serve all citizens and business owners fairly and openly. A committment to applying these principles in the most professional and timely manner possible is key in guiding our community through continued growth and success.  The Mayor and Mayor Pro Tempore are appointed each May by a majority vote of the Town Council members.   

Mayor Timothy Loughmiller, Jr. has been serving as Havana's Mayor since May 2023.
