Need more information about business tax licenses and how to get one for your business? To obtain a business tax license, please visit our offices during normal business hours.   Note that anyone doing business within the the Town of Havana must have a business tax license.   See below: Chapter 7 - Businesses and Business Tax Application. 

Havana Town Council has approved an ordinance prohibiting illegal simulated gambling establishments within the town limits.  See below Ordinance No.  404 - Simulated Gambling Devices.   Please contact Florida Gaming Commission for additional information relating to this type of business.
